This policy explains how MeetBot handles Google account information, meeting links, transcripts, recordings, summaries, and related service data.

Effective date: May 14, 2026

MeetBot is operated by automusk.ai ("MeetBot," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use MeetBot to connect Google services, join meetings, create transcripts, generate summaries, review meeting history, and manage scheduled meeting automation.

By using MeetBot, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Information We Collect

Google Account Information

When you choose to connect a Google account, MeetBot may receive information allowed by the OAuth scopes you approve. This can include your email address, basic profile details, calendar event information needed to identify Google Meet sessions, meeting links, event titles, event times, and OAuth tokens used to keep the connection active.

Meeting and Transcript Data

MeetBot may process meeting URLs, meeting labels, participant names visible in the meeting interface, audio captured for transcription when recording is enabled, uploaded transcript files, generated transcripts, summaries, action items, chat questions, and meeting history metadata.

Technical and Usage Data

We may collect service logs, error information, device or browser metadata, timestamps, configuration state, and usage activity needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve MeetBot.

How We Use Information

Google User Data

MeetBot uses Google user data only to provide user-facing features that you request, such as Google sign-in, calendar sync, meeting identification, and meeting automation. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the service, comply with law, protect users, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

MeetBot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services

MeetBot may use third-party service providers for authentication, calendar connectivity, speech-to-text transcription, language model processing, storage, hosting, logging, or email delivery. These providers are allowed to process information only as needed to provide services to MeetBot and are expected to protect that information.

Data Retention

We retain meeting records, transcripts, summaries, uploaded files, OAuth connection data, and logs only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your personal information or disconnection of your Google account by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
